At Arteza, we’re not just a business, we are humans.

We are artists, designers, musicians, and creators just like you. This is an unprecedented time in our history and like you, we have taken measures to safeguard our teams by working remotely from our respective homes. That includes our beloved Customer Service team that continues to be available to you 24/7, taking care of you on our social media, email and chat channels.

Our virtual doors remain open and we are fully operational. Thankfully, our teams are able to continue shipping products all around the world. It has been a particular honor and delight for us to see the crafts, masterpieces and family projects that you have created with Arteza products that you have shared with us online. We love to see them! It boosts us all when we see the fun and creativity, so please keep them coming!

As fellow creators, we know that art is about the journey. It is a privilege for us to provide the tools – you will continue to steer the way.

I’m a senior+ I’ve alway loved art..and interest in lesson, but with the years my (hand) steadiness has become a Little shaky…

I don’t need much sleep, so I send email at all hours of the night. I have to say how surpised I was to keep getting back responses so soon after. I guess people there don’t sleep much either. Never has happened with other companies. Keep up the good work and please they can respond during regular working hours. lol
